The entire contents and design of the Site is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. All rights regarding the Site and materials or information contained on the Site is either owned by Westwood Estates, are licensed to it, or are used with permission. We may make available the ability to pay for rent, application fees, other services, or invoices or fees issued by us using the Site (each payment, a “Transaction”). In order to make a Transaction, you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, including your credit or payment card number and expiration date, routing and/or bank account numbers, or similar payment information, and your billing address. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit or payment card or other payment mechanism that you submit in connection with a Transaction and that you have all authority necessary to enter into the Transaction. You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns.
You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and you, not Westwood Estates, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Westwood Estates is not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Content posted or transmitted by you or any other user of the Site.
